It starts with a
phone call. When you or someone you care about is in crisis, it is
hard to know what to do. The Ridge offers free assessments to make
recommendations for treatment–and guide you to the next step. If you–or
someone you care about–needs help with alcohol, drugs or emotional
problems, call The Ridge.
The Ridge accepts referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from
individuals, family members or professionals.
The Ridge accepts payment from Medicare, Medicaid (under the
age of 21) and most commercial insurance and managed care plans. The Ridge will assist in obtaining
pre-certification from insurance carriers for the appropriate level
of care.
The following information will be helpful when making a
referral for services:

shoes (please remove shoe laces)
- 2 bras (under
wires not permitted)
- 1 heavy coat
(in winter months)
- 1 one-piece
swim suit (in summer months) If this is unavailable, a dark
shirt and shorts can also be used.
- All toiletry
items will be provided by The Ridge
